I've been hopped up on Nurofen, Lemsip packets and cup noodles (but I threw out the noodles) and I'm feeling much better. I'm down to the 'eeeeewwwww, mucus' side of colds rather than the 'my body is going to burst open and Alien is going to devour us all' side of colds.
My boss thought it was extraordinarily cute that I showed up to work yesterday with my own tissue box and butter menthols.
