I'm like, 500 words into my bigbang, and it's halfway dead. Sigh. But I can't do too much on it until my dad brings back home his documents on schizophrenia symptoms. Apparently, all his articles are at work, and we have no other books on it at home, and I don't trust the internet for more than cursory research on the matter. I tried looking in my universities' database, but they had no electronic journals/articles availiable. Go figure.
And life is stupid in general. I'm so unbelievably exhausted.
Day 09 → A photo you took
This is my dog, Holly, in the nearby park just before Christmas. She's a Bichon Frise, and turned 10 years old last December.
And yes, it may be mostly her backside, but it's because she just pounced on her tennis ball.
As soon as I took this, she turned and looked at me, as if to say "look, aren't I so clever? I caught it!"
Day 10 → A photo of you taken over ten years ago
Yep, that's me. I'm so damn cool it hurts.
Day 11 → A photo of you taken recently
I'm on the right. This was taken at my friend Lily's apartment (she took the photo) on her balcony under the influence of vodka, wine and a little bit of Baileys. The other girl in the photo is Cassie, who is sporting the look of fake eyelashes and an elastic waist polka dot skirt. I happen to be wearing a Panda hat. This also happens to be the least embarrasing photo of the whole night.
At least, it certainly beats the french accent photo or the panda hat and fluoro bicycle glasses photo.

if you could get me a job in which I have to do nothing (alternatively: ordering people about) and comes automatically with sleeping pills, that would be lovely. :)

Date: 2010-01-29 05:57 am (UTC)I work in a restaurant. Well, two actually. It's not all that bad, I just get sick of the amount of stupid customers I encounter. Mostly it's that for the past few weeks I've worked between the two almost every night. I've had maybe five/six nights properly off this past month. It's like, autopilot most nights.
but even after that... it's not too bad.
